Discussion Boards

GuidelinesPosting Criteria
The Open Doors message boards are for individuals to share their ideas and experiences as relevant to Christian Science Reading Rooms. These boards are intended to be supportive in respecting every participant and their individual Reading Room experience. Below is an explanation of what criteria is considered before a response is posted on the site.

    All posts should:
  • Support the spirit of www.myopendoors.com, adding value to the discussion by representing your own individual experience(s) in relation to Christian Science Reading Rooms.
  • Be respectful of others. Submissions criticizing another's posting will not be accepted.
  • Be interesting. The community wants to know what you are thinking and how ideas are transferring to action(s).
  • Be clear. Remember that each reader/poster is in their own individual experience and may not be familiar with yours. When in doubt, elaborate on or explain what a certain phrase, action, or idea means to you.
  • Be original. Responses that are redundant or that mirror a previous post without adding additional value will be omitted.
  • Stay on topic, by responding directly to the question rather than speaking out on an unrelated topic.
  • Contribute to the discussion. Responses should build off of an idea instead of tearing it down.

Other Information To Note
